In this version Microsoft has undone several things which were included in Windows 8 such as comeback of Start menu, more optimization for keyboard/mouse users (Windows 8 was very difficult to use with Mouse).

After that go to https://insider.windows.com and join Microsoft insider program. After you successfully join insider program, you will be directed to Windows 10 download/upgrade page.
